In today's world, the church recognizes the importance of supporting families beyond its physical walls. One significant initiative is the Fathers’ School, introduced to the Lotha Baptist Church Dimapur by the Kohima Ao Baptist Arogo in 2014. This program has proven to be life-changing and instrumental in building stronger families.
The Fathers’ School is designed to help men understand and fulfill their roles as husbands and fathers in alignment with God’s will. It provides practical guidance on how to nurture and support their families effectively.
Since its inception, the LBCD has continued to organize the school, witnessing its positive impact on participants and their families. Additionally, the church has extended this initiative to other congregations, sharing the valuable lessons learned and fostering a community focused on family growth and development.
